Over the years, we’ve continually refined our traditional approach

We carefully select only the red cherries, avoiding overripe ones, to produce well-prepared sun-dried coffee. The harvested cherries are then spread on drying beds and left to dry for 9 to 11 days under the morning and afternoon sun until they reach a moisture level of 12–13%.

The coffee is then washed and depulped through a natural 72-hour fermentation process to remove the mucilage. Afterward, the pulped beans are dried under natural sunlight and stored in a clean, dry warehouse free from contamination.

Our green coffee beans are completely natural and harvested using a 100% chemical-free process. This allows us to deliver the full health benefits of high-quality washed coffee. To ensure consistent excellence, we also use a grading machine to separate the beans into various quality grades.
